Why AI Pilot Success Doesn’t Predict Enterprise Success: What Finance Leaders Need to Hear from an Insider

Session Description

Most AI pilots generate excitement. Few deliver enterprise value at scale.

In this session, Lakshmi Purushothaman draws on two decades of experience in AI/ML, risk, and enterprise data in financial services to share what finance leaders need to understand before AI can scale across the enterprise. Through a real-world case study, she will explore why promising pilots often stall at the point of enterprise adoption and outline a practical framework for building AI that is trusted, governed, and designed to scale.

Whether you are early in your AI journey or trying to reset your strategy, this session will give you the insight and tools to make smarter decisions about where AI can deliver sustainable business value.
